Youth in the Digital World – A Seminar

The students of DB Nest took part in a day long seminar on ‘Youth in the Digital World’ animated by Ms. Immaculate Loura, a professional counselor associated with the Miracle Foundation. About 40 students took an active part in the seminar. The resource person dwelt on themes such as the importance of mindfulness, psychological changes accompanied by the physiological changes and the need for vigilance in social media. She involved participants through games and discussions. During the break and in the evening, a few students availed the services of the Counselor in the office of the Assistant Director.
